Henna Herbals will try to post out items within 2 working days but please allow 5-7 days for your order to be received, international sales will take longer. in the event of this be delayed, an email will be sent out to that effect.
All claims of that are made with reference to products are the claims of the manufacturer not Henna Herbals. All products will be given as clear a description as possible and pictures will be the product on offer.
Any discrepancies in photo colour may be due to computer/lighting but will be accurate as can be achieved.
All photos and content are owned by Henna Herbals and should not be copied without agreement
Although products are (unless stated) chemical free they are not toys and should not be given to children for this purpose

RETURNS
Due to obvious Health, Safety and Hygiene issues we are unable to offer returns on cosmetics once opened; but if the item is unopened, unused and in fully resalable condition you can return it for a refund or an exchange. In the instance of an exchange the cost of postage must be met by the customer.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. In the first instance please email. Returns should be sent in the original condition, unopened and unused. Returns are the responsibility of yourself therefore proof of posting is reccommended, this can be obtained at the post of office at the time of posting and is free of charge.
A full refund will be given after receiving the returned goods less the P&P which is not refundable.

Your information will not be disclosed to government or local authorities or other government institutions save as required by law or other binding regulations.
