We aim to post out all orders within 48hrs on receiving clearance of payments but please allow 3 - 5 days for your order to arrive in the UK. If for any reason this is not possible an email will be sent. Packages are sent via Royal Mail.
If you choose the Nex Day option please try to get the order in by 2pm to allow for packing, if in doubt or have left it after 2pm please call to confirm that we can do this for you (we often can). Please note that Next Day delivery orders placed on a Friday will not be posted out until Monday.
UK POSTAL RATES start at £3 and go up according to weight. Postage is calculated at check out.
We post most of our items outside of the UK but reserve the right to refuse an order or ask for extra postage costs should the package become heavier & costlier than estimated.
Postal charges are based on weight and will be calculated automatically at checkout but if you need further details or encounter a problem at checkout please contact us . We reserve the right to contact you in the event that the postage automatically charged falls short of the actual cost. Should this occur you will have the option to make an additional payment to cover the extra or cancel the order.
Please allow up to 21 days for orders being posted outside the EU
Due to obvious Health, Safety and Hygiene issues we are unable to offer returns on cosmetics once opened; but if the item is unopened, unused and in fully resalable condition you can return it for a refund or an exchange. In the instance of an exchange the cost of postage must be met by the customer.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. In the first instance please email. Returns should be sent in the original condition, unopened and unused. Returns are the responsibility of yourself therefore proof of posting is reccommended, this can be obtained at the post of office at the time of posting and is free of charge.
A full refund will be given after receiving the returned goods less the P&P which is not refundable.
This does not effect your statutory rights. A full refund with p&p costs will be refunded for faulty goods.
